Introduction by the University of International University of Africa:
It is a private Sudanese university located in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.
It is one of the universities with a moderate interest in Islamic matters. It is an international organization and has been almost entirely dependent on some Arab States. In 1977, a group of scientists set up the African Islamic Institute with popular efforts and started receiving students from Africa at the intermediate and secondary levels. This project was discontinued after only two years. The Government of Sudan returned to the idea and decided to establish the center on a broader basis. After contacts, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Libya responded, followed by Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Morocco.
University mission:
The University's mission revolves mainly around a single word: "Prayer," which promotes Islamic religion through academic education. The University is working on the graduation of people who believe in and are creative in the field and is working on the dissemination and evangelization of Islamic religion and on its advocacy.
University vision:
The University's vision also revolves around a single word (excellence) because it works to graduate qualified and distinguished students to later become scientifically qualified professors, creating distinct generations of students from different schools and universities.

The founding date of the International University of Africa:
Founded in 1966 as the African Islamic Institute, which included African students from the middle and secondary levels, the name was changed to the African Islamic Center in 1977. After the rescue revolution, it was upgraded to the World African University in 1991 as an extension of the higher education revolution.
