Today, competitiveness between nations continues with the power of knowledge, and the future of societies is calculated based on the success of education. In this sense, with the proportion of young population, our country occupies an important position within the developing countries, and the universities are responsible for meeting the need for trained human resources for the society besides being productive centers of science.

To contribute to the development of our country, it is a priority to train qualified human cadres to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and work habits to achieve high productivity. Professionally trained human resources will contribute to the economy of our country and produce high-quality goods and services, apart from reducing potential negatives.

Founded in 2018 by separating from Sakarya University, under our motto “University that combines knowledge and skills” our university works with the sector to nurture qualified individuals who can respond to the changing needs of the world, competent, critical and analytical thinkers. They have high communication and practical skills besides contributing in various areas of interest in the production of science and technology.

With the Education +1 model, created with the concept of “Fieldwork is a must”, our university prepares its students for the future along with the sector with the Graduate Institute, Colleges, Graduate Schools and Vocational Schools within its body.

In addition to the summer internship, our students are trained at least one semester and full-time in their fields while the university covers their social insurance.

With the help of this form:

Students can plan for a job, get paid with government support, have experience and work before graduation.

Employers have the opportunity to avoid additional costs while meeting their human resource needs and later hire students who are appropriate for their contexts.

- Faculty members have the opportunity to provide solutions to problems plaguing the business world, to update their lessons in line with needs, to create joint projects and carry out research and development activities. The vision of "national technology, strong industry" also operates within the framework of university-industry cooperation, digitization and local production. In this context, lessons are updated with the sector according to contemporary and future conditions. With the Industrial Doctorate D-Project Program initiated by TÜBİTAK, it conducts scientific studies that will solve the problems of industrial enterprises with industrial enterprises. With the Employment Office established within the university, İŞKUR experts monitor the employment opportunities of university students and contribute to the students by providing pieces of training.
