Gulf University was established by the Children of Leukemia Endowment in November 1998. It also supports the Bilateral Exchange Program, a Gulf University exchange program. The main purpose of the program is to enable students to study for one semester at prestigious universities in non-European countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia and others.

University Campus:

Bay University has two campuses, the first and the main one is located in the (Sütlüce) district of Beyoglu district and it includes all departments in addition to the theater and the conservatory. As for the second campus, it is located in the (levent) area and it includes the secondary school for physical education and sports and all the necessary sports facilities. All needs were provided in each of them in order to support education, training, research and social activities in accordance with international standards and contemporary and global norms.

Psychological Counseling Unit: Psychological counseling is provided to students and staff by organizing specialized sessions under the supervision of experts. Confidentiality is one of the most important basic principles of this unit.

Medical Dispensary: ​​Part-time doctors and nurses provide high-quality health services to our students, along with first aid and emergency response services. There is a medical clinic on both campuses of the university.

Opening of the SEP office: It is an educational program through which students are given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the basic academic concepts learned at the university and to apply them in practice.

Laboratories and laboratories: Gulf University includes about 65 laboratories and laboratories for scientific research and practical training for students. Including anatomy laboratories, genetics laboratories and physics laboratories.

University Library: The Istanbul Bay Campus contains a huge library. The books and references in the library are classified in open order according to the “Library of Congress Classification System.” It also includes computers for readers, in addition to electronic access to library resources.

Sports facilities: There are sports fields (tennis, basketball and football), in addition to a large swimming pool where competitions are held among students and which is supervised by the university.

The university's activities are held outdoors during the summer season, and in a closed cinema hall during the winter season.
