The University of Istanbul Okan is one of the most modern and dynamic universities in Turkey, founded in 1999 by the Okan Foundation for Culture, Education and Sports. The university has 10 faculties, with 63 bachelor's programs, 41 master's programs and 13 doctoral programs mainly in English and Turkish. Aviation training at Istanbul Okan University:

Students pay flight training expenses other than tuition expenses each year. The student pays these expenses in installments from the second year until the end of the graduation year. Students are also subject to a full medical examination within Istanbul City, the first-class medical examination of pilots. On the basis of this medical report, it is determined whether the student is eligible to complete his or her enrolment in this specialty and start school.
