Introduction by the University of Istanbul Kent:

Located in the heart of Istanbul, Istanbul Kent University has a unique harmony within the campus, as well as with its surrounding environment. Istanbul Kent University was established in 2016 by the Education Without Obstacles Foundation (ENEV) and received the first batch of students in the 2017-2018 academic year. The primary objective of ENEV is to provide students with modern education for the service of society in the fields of health, education and culture, by highlighting advanced technology and developments of modern science in accordance with global standards.

Istanbul Kent University seeks to become an internationally prestigious university and has long-term strategies aimed at increasing the quality of education and its continuous development. It also aims to improve the quality, content and quality of educational, social and research-related activities within the university by including 4 faculties: Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Science Health College of Humanities and Social Sciences and College of Art and Design. This is in addition to two vocational schools and a postgraduate institute.

University campus:

The campus where Istanbul Kent University was founded has a long history. The campus building, which formerly operated as a German hospital, was erected on 6 April 1846 with a contribution from the German Charitable Society. Then, according to the agreement signed between Germany and Turkey after World War II, the hospital was closed in 2013 and turned into (the educational institution of Istanbul High School), and in 2016 Istanbul Kent University began using the building as its own campus after redeveloping and modernizing some of its buildings and providing it The latest technology and advanced infrastructure.

The campus is located in the district (Beyoglu-Taksim) which is a central location in Istanbul known for its historical and cultural richness. The university campus is also modern and equipped with the latest necessary educational technologies and the most advanced laboratories in the world, which makes it a source of attraction for many students in Turkey and around the world.
